Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is very generous. Follow google map to reach as roads in pushkar are very misguiding.

Rooms were good. The reception lady behaviour was not good. Very bad attitude. She should not be in hospitality industry. She misbehave with my every family members.

The location is not good, the way to reach here is through a canal type road. Looks horror at night time. Food quantity is less and price is more. No taste in food, in our food we got utensils cleaning scrub part. Room service is also poor bathroom light was not working complaint multiple times about that but they were not worried to fix. Also they are charging more than mrp for waterbottle.

Room category was given different from what we booked. At checkout they debated on complimentary breakfast which is there in booking already. I was the repeated customer for them despite they denied the basic services on my second visit so i would be reducing their ratings for clear customer feedback.

I own three hotels. As a hotelier, I am sharing my feedback for this hotel. We stayed in the Executive Suite, expecting a premium experience, but it was quite disappointing. We gave feedback to the receptionist during chekout that higher-category rooms should have basic amenities like a work desk, minibar, hangers, an electric kettle, and hot water. Instead of addressing the issue, she argued, saying, “Maine aapke Kullu-Manali me Hotels dekhen hai ki kya haal hai. Humura hotel unse achha hai isliye hume na batao. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: Pros: 1. Main Course: Dinner and breakfast were good in taste. 2. Rooms: Beautiful and spacious. 3. Staff: The staff were good and helpful. Cons: 1. Snacks: Chilli cheese, honey chilli potato, and poha were very oily and tasted bad. 2. Unprofessional Front Desk: The front desk girl was unprofessional and unhelpful. This is happening because of the unprofessional front desk. They don’t care about these issues. It’s just a suggestion: the owner should personally look after the property to ensure such problems are resolved. 3. Staff Appearance: None of the staff members were in uniform, which looked very unprofessional. However the staff was really helpful and polite. 4. Lack of Amenities: • No mini bar or electric kettle in the room. • Geyser provided only 5 liters of hot water, and the shower was not working. • While there was a bathtub, it was useless with such limited hot water. 5. Washroom Issues: • No dry and wet area separation. They don’t have a shower cubicle or a walk-in shower. 6. Lighting Issues: LED strip and cove lights were not working. We booked two rooms in a higher category and faced the same issues in both. If this is the condition of the Executive Suite, I can’t imagine how bad the basic category must be. Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of maintenance and professionalism is unacceptable for the price. Would not recommend unless significant improvements are made.

I recently stayed at hotel 777, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, situated conveniently near local attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist. My room was clean and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The decor was stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The dining area was spacious and inviting, making it a great place to start the day. While my stay was enjoyable, i did notice some noise from the street, which could be a concern for light sleepers. Additionally, the wi-fi connection was occasionally spotty. Overall, hotel 777 is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I spent 3 night at hotel 777. Hotel is average can’t it’s the best or good. Rooms are good and spacious, but no room cleaning services are available. There is no power backup system, so during summers most of the time you have spent without ac. Pool is very dirty and small. Most of the time you have to wait 1-2 hrs to use it. The worst thing about this hotel is, it’s food preparation time and amount. They will charge you like you are staying in 4 star hotel but food quality is not as per price plus they will you have to wait minimum hours 1. 5 hrs for a single bottles of water, or tea or anything.

I have given 2 star just for the cleanliness. Rest nothing is good about this hotel. Service & food are so bad that i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We have checked in and we had to call them for water. Than for towel and then other things as there was nothing and they didn't even know what to keep in rooms before check in. Service was soo bad we ordered dinner at 10:30 and received food 12:30 am and order was simple 1 dal and 4 rotis that's it. We ordered ice and they delivered the same after 1 hours and that too after multiple followups. Breakfast we got was very bad in taste and not at all eatable we had to leave everything just like that. Over all very bad experience.

Overall stay with hotel 777 is very good. Spacious, clean rooms, view point is good but hotel is distant from main market so conveyance issues were there and slow service in food serving but taste of food is good. Thank u you. For conveyance had booked scooty in rent
