The maintenance at the property is poor. There is construction ongoing and the adjojning rooms are provided for the guests. The play rooms games etc are broken and pool is also not cleaned. The service and the food quality is below average.

Overall an average experience. Property is good. Service is below expectations. Restaurant is good, staff at restaurant is cooperative. Food is good. Swimming pool is poorly maintained. Practically not usable. Dirty and unhygienic. We even faced problems with hot water availability during the stay. The reception area guy was rude and the check in experience wasn't great. Rooms are good and well kept. Amenities are average.

I had the worst experience in pushkar fort....there was no wifi in the rooms as promised...the tv was not working...poor services...it took them 55 mins to bring lunch to our room...mosquitoes in their restaurant...even after repeated reminders for checking the wifi and tv the staff didn’t cared abt it...all those looking to book a hotel in pushkar pls look for another property even if its a bit expensive than this👍

First of all property is good big. Rooms were classy heritage styled. Property is deserted along with google maps not showing proper route, you have to take a big round to reach there. Although when communicated with resort staff they guided us for the same. Food was ok, need improvement.

Average stay experience. The resort is beautiful and rooms are well kept but can be more clean. Pool is not well kept overall the staff is great which makes staying easy, but not near a 3star property. It’s an average resort. They are not able to maintain its upkeep.

Property is very good. Restaurant and the people in the restaurant are very polite and the food quality is good. But the swimming pool is not good. There is no pumping system. The water was bad. So didn't swim. Also some mention that there is indoor swimming pool, which is not true. Also hot water is a problem.

First of all, they allocated a wrong room category! i have booked suite room & they gave a normal room. Then when i complained about it they changed it. And staff was saying it is suite room only. This is really not acceptable.

Property is good, the look and feel is same as you are living inside a fort, it is basically a hotel build on a fort theme. The sad part is the room service is poor, the rooms are not maintained, beds are dusty, bathroom flush wasn’t working and it didn’t got repaired, swimming pool water was dirty and cloudy

I stayed for 2 nights. Property location is a little off beat and they have not put even a single sign board to reach the same. However, once you reach the property, it's worth it. They have maintained it very nicely and the staff is also very cooperative. Food is ok ok, and you will opt for the restaurant food as there are not much options in pushkar. The restaurant folks are very moody, to some people they will take special requests like an omlette and some they will refuse without any reason. Housekeeping staff is great but you will have to explicitly tell to clean your room if you are staying more than one day. Room size is good and properly cleaned. Overall this is an amazing property in this budget and you can have good time during the evening near the pool with some bonfire and your own boose.

we stayed there for one day, first thing it's not 5-star property its even below 2 star. Bathrooms were very dirty. No water supply in the washroom. For room service we have to call them 3 or 4 times. The swimming pool was dirty.
