Rooms are okay. The rooms are not clean enough. Breakfast is also okay. Not much to pick. Can get better stay than this in pushkar. I would not suggest this

Our stay at pushkar legacy hotel was horrendous. We arrived quite late in the evening with the intention of catching a good night's sleep. However, our experience was really bad since there were a lot of issues with the hotel: 1) the wi-fi did not work when we arrived and only after 30 minutes of discussion the staff at the reception tried to help us by setting up a hotspot- i expect that upon arrival the wi-fi works and if it doesn't i expect that the staff cares for this issue as it's their duty as a service provider. We are guests from a foreign country and do not have mobile data and just wanted to let our families know that we arrived safely. This should be an understandable reasom. They did not really want to help us and were also rude about it. After travel-ling the whole day, i do not want to discuss for half an hour that there is a problem with the wifi which could have been solved within seconds if they had cared and just given us the hotspot earlier. 2) there was no hot water in the room 3)the room was dirty 4) overall, the staff was super rude and made us fell uncomfortable and unwanted 5) there were loud noises on the floor in front of the room until late into the night we are really annoyed with this service and were looking forward to a nice stay which turned out to be a huge disappointment. Consequently, i ask you for recompensation because of this experience. View from the balcony

gorgeous giant room, luxurious and so beautiful. highly recommended. located in a quiet street, but just a few minutes walk away from Cafés and restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, making my stay truly unforgettable. The staff were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome. Their genuine warmth and eagerness to help made all the difference. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its unique energy and exceptional service. It's a true gem!

Rooms are big, we stayed in deluxe room that had balcony with good views. There cleanliness is a very big issue. Linen was dirty and balcony had very much dust. Staff was very cooperative and service was very good. Breakfast was average. Swimming pool was not clean. Overall experience was good.

Find by google map easily, food was good qwality. Amenities was good with 1 minor problem. Service was good.

Facilities were not as mentioned. I booked premium room having early checking facility however i have to wait for 30 minutes for checkin. Checking timing was 12 noon i arrived at 10:40 and i was informed that room is not ready and i have to wait till the room gets vacate and finally at 12:35 key was handed over to me. Dental kit, slippers, minibar, fridge was missing for which i paid. Breakfast was below average and food available was average considering prices. Wifi was not working nit-her wifi password was provided

Hotel is situated at beautiful location with panoramic view from the balcony, staff always ready to serve with grooming mood as per our requirement, mr. Chetan who is available at front desk was very cooperative and helpful at all time stay is pleasant and value for money, food was delicious.

Do not book the hotels. The hotel i booked was showing different rooms in photos but in actuality, the rooms were different. There are used bedsheets on the bed, no towels and shops in the washroom, smelling washroom, tv is not working, a real waste of money

I have booked primium room but they have not provided towels, tooth paste etc. I don't know who is the owner of this property but I am feeling sorry for the owner. It is a complete waste this prime location property with well investment but service like below OYO rooms.

Hotel pushkar is located a little interior in calmness. Good in hospitality, clean, good & prompt room service, spacious. Preparation of food is excellent and tasty. I think it is newly established as such requires more improvement in order to keep at par with modern standard hotel by way of installing fixtures and furnishings in bedroom bathroom.
