Location was good, but the amenities weren't there as expected. There is no water bottles, towels and soap isn't there. And parking my car was bit difficult

Decent staying hotel but need some improvement with the service as it is very old hotel so need some upgrade like doors windows needs repair!

Bad experience. room is full of mosquitoes 🦟 we cannot control them. We ask management to provide some spray but they didin response properly. room is okay.

Decent hotel. Nothing fancy not very professional in the sense of the word but the staff was genuine and tried to help. Food is not available within but they make arrangements on request

Worst hotel in puttaparthi

In mmt, they have mentioned that amenities such as wifi, tv etc are provided. But when we entered the room, there was neither tv nor do they have wifi. The room was okay okay types, but in our 3 days of stay, house keeping staff didn’t show up even once. The lift has alot of problems as well. There are better hotels in puttaparthi at the same price range.

Nice response and immediate attention by reception staff arranged extra beds within no time. Restaurant attached with hotel can improve with more speed and variety. On the whole, a facility with essential articles and good cleanliness. Can improve to next level.

Booked ac room, hotel provided me non ac room, very bad, looking for money always, stayed 3 times in this hotel, but hotel are very cunning and nagging, don't prefer this hotel, bad room almost dusty, called the boy for cleaning when we enter into room for cleaning, rest rooms are worst than anything, in the name of bags an Sai these people are doing business.

The room was good. But the management is very bad. Lifts were not working. They took 30 minutes to give the room. Not good at all. The room is big and good.
