Service and rooms were of top notch. As the hotel is in 4th floor of a mall few amenities are lacking like swimming pool vallete parking etc. As similar price range hotels provide these.

Very helpful and polite staff. Impeccably clean and neatly decorated room and bathroom. Very accomodative housekeeping as per your needs. Lastly, the in-hotel restaurant (same floor) food is a bengali delicacy. People come from outside as well. It's a must try, an additional jewel on the crown.
