No services, no wi-fi, rude staff

The property is large and tastefully done but service is a big struggle, they cut off water and ask you to take water in buckets, whilst you are in bathroom, there’s is very less but arrogant and rude staffing, neither experienced nor interested in working, there’s complete lack of hospitality and struggle for everything, water, food, spa and saloon no staff, rather they have a clear excuse that we don’t have manpower, they ask you not to order on phone rather walk all the way to order, the waiter threatens you that before 10 am he won’t start working and we shouldn’t expect a morning tea also, the housekeeping lead (lady asks you to have tea from the tea bags and not expect anything until their staff shows up, for me it’s a complete disaster to even book on this property, it’s a harassment to stay here for 3 nights, it should be blacklisted, you ask for ceaser salad they ask you to have onions and cucumber, they don’t have to cook hence they say sir we don’t have any item, and pest control going on, i was paying and had asked for extra mattress for my son, they have me wait until 11 pm and tell me they don’t have extra mattresses, they have promised a lot of things but have nothing!

Very cozy comfortable room, i stayed in deluxe room balcony was verynice. And service is also fast. Resort is very beautiful

It is not an hotel

The place is not exactly an hotel, it is an extended club house of a society. Staff are not that trained. You might not find crowd and swimming pool use is also restricted to timing.

To improve on the reactivity of the staff, at 8:30 breakfast was not ready and staff was not present. I had specifically asked for a car for pick and drop because of the location and no availablity of o la but they could no give a solution

Property is good, location is good, level of services are not meet the level of property. Disturbance in room due to out side noise, tv was not working property no channels are working as they haven't subscribed any.

The stay is inside the club house of the society so it’s your bad luck if any event is going on there. But the society itself is serene and beautiful

Mosquitoes are the worst part in hotel. Hotel management need to aggressively look into the matter. Otherwise hotel room is decent. Location is ok.

The drinks are reasonably priced. The hotel has a veg menu in food list. I ordered non-veg from Zomato. The curtains are electronically controlled. This was new for me! The staff is friendly. However, if you want to checkout before 6 AM, the reception is unattended that time. So, inform well in advance about your check-out plans.
