Staff are highly cooperative. Clean and spacious room. No mosquitoes issues. Bed are comfy. Food is also good. Very near to station.

The property is situated near railway station and at main road. There is a spacious parking lot. Courteous staff, good ambience, clean rooms, clean bathroom. Overall a very pleasant stay

Room quality was average. Pillow covers and bedsheets not changed. No soap in the washroom. No hot water. Breakfast was excellent.

Room is not sufficient for 4 persons. We have been befooled. Breakfast is ok. Dinner - all d items are filled up with salt & masala. No taste at all. Horrible experience. Staffs are good. But what we wl do with staffs if amenities and facilities are not upto d mark. Tv cable was out of tv since we have checked in. Just now tv has been ready for viewing. Further to that water was not coming since 6 am today and till 10 am d flow is not coming. Serious management issue. People are coming after booking online and paying d price for d same

Toilet comodo was broken yet hotel member allotted to me. Tv in the room was also not good. The overall experience is not good.

Hotel receptionist and one madam both behavior is very bad and dominating. They are trying to blackmailing to us.

The hotel room was good. Staff was also good and polite especially guard at the main entrance. He makes sure that no guests has any problem while leaving or coming to the hotel, escorts guests with smile and with full courtesy. No complementary breakfast or water included in the package.

For the price i would not like to complain much but basic amenities need to be looked at urgently. No hot water in shower, when asked why they informed as it's too hot and others are not using thus not available. Sadly the roaches still roamed around in the washroom( a common feature in most 3-4 star hotels here in raipur. Breakfast is good.
