The stay was good. Break fast food. But reception area not good. I was checkout proper. But he don't remember. I was sitting in cab then he came & ask me regarding checkout.😞.

Inshort-awful experience. Firstly i booked a superior room, the room i was given had no signal and connectivity, i was not able to connect to a single call. I asked to change the room, the room they offered was lowest category room. When i asked about it they said it’s same category which clearly it wasn’t. Secondly the cleanliness. Again awful. Bedsheets had many stains on them, used towels and smelly room. The reception staff is also not that cooperative. Would suggest nit to book it.

This hotel offered a decent value for the price. The front door staff was friendly and professional, while the room itself was just okay. However, it could have been cleaner, and the front desk staff could have been more helpful, especially with luggage assistance.

The behavior of the person on reception is very unprofessional. No manners to talk with the customer. I have stopped staying there since long but thought it might be sorted but still not done. It was a very bad experience.

The room had a strong damp smell, pillows were yellow and the towels provided had a smell. Additionally the room had no windows looking outside, one small window was facing another room. The crowd is business folks at the restaurant so if you are a family i would suggest against staying in.

Worst hotel to stay at raipur

The staff behaviour was very bad. Rooms were very dirty and washroom was not at all cleaned. Not a place to stay if you are travel-ling solo or with family as the place turns into a adda after sunset.
