The staff doesn't know the terms and conditions of online condition and bed covers are not clean, but after complaint changed bed covers and ac is not working properly. And food also average.

Very good, for AC and hot water supplies, we requested a lot but helpless as power button were under the control of owner, we could not move for shameless requests.

On online booking, bill was not given while checkout. It was told that the bill will be sent in WhatsApp but the commitment was false. Again I had to visit the hotel for collecting the bill. I do not recommend anybody for online booking in this hotel or stay.

We booked hotel udaydeep and they shifted another hotel. Behaviour not good. Very bad experience.
