The breakfast was not at all good. Also there were damaged properties in the room. Also they felt that they treat people differently even though all pays same.

The staff was very kind, the ambience and the beauty of this grand building was just perfect, the cartier club was just so relaxing and their food was very tasty. I had very good experience staying there.

Location and amenities are very good. Nice property with good landscape gardens and good food. Welcome drink served by them is excellent

The property is good only for events and functions. Service is poor. No buffet as very few guests in hotel. For extra bed they provided a mattress on the floor

Very bad service. In-spite of giving the bad food thay were not accepting their mistake and not even saying that they will prepare it again. In-spite they were like pay us the bill first and they were trying to be violent

Check in time at the hotel is 12pm, while the mentions 2pm and service was very bad. All the features that were mentioned in the app were not there like mini fridge, bathrobes etc.

The property is great. Huge. Right on highway. However desperate needs maintenance. For a 4-5 star property, you expect certain standards which were not met. 1. The carpet in the room was so dirty that our feet went black after walking on it. 2. Working desk plug sockets were not working. And they didn't fix it after repeated complaints also. 3. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working. 4. The fan didn't have a regulator. 5. Tv had no working channels 6. A plug socket was literally hanging out of the board. 7. The curtain was missing pulling rods. All in all would give 5 anytime if maintenance would had been up to the mark.
