The location and rooms were good. The bathroom was too small and single door for toilet and bathroom breakfast was excellent. Over all it was a good stay

The rooms layout is lousy. Bathroom and toilet are separate but one door. Very veered. Mostly the washbasin and mirrors and kettle are in the center of the room, this reduces free space and movement

Property needs serious main

The property is old and not maintained, the carpets were dirty and there were stains all over. The rooms and the corridors had a weird smell. Not the best hyatt property i have seen or stayed in.

Excellent location in magneto mall, amenities and services also great. Food is good, not being great. Good for both corporate travel and average for leisure travel. However being in a mall means it does not have any grounds attached to the property

Not a hyatt experience. Location is excellent, staff curtous. And it ends there. Rugs inside the room were old and stained. Furniture colour chipped. Towels though clean were a bit old breakfast menu limited. Remote was sticky hence not cleaned properly layer of dust in nook and corner bed sheet and linen were clean though ! bed was comfortable.

I stayed with family for a day in hyatt. The experience is awesome. Hospitality, brhaviour of all staffs on reception, restaurant was quite supportive and helpful. Mr aniket in restaurant is awesome man. Fooding at dinner and breakfast was yummy. Overall 5 star justifies its degnity. Coming again soon hyatt

Terrible Stay

Stayed for 2 days in the hotel. The rooms are big, but the carpet is not clean. The 5th floor doesn't have direct access by elevator. Hence you either get down at 4th or 6th floor. The bathroom is designed in ti-sch way that the wash basin in the room. Hence you feel as if your are in bathroom all the time
