me n my husband stayed in sayaji for 1 night. The stay was very good. much satisfied with the service and amenities they provided along with the delicious breakfast. The only thing they didn't provide slippers and bathrobe when we checked in the hotel but they quickly provided all the things which we asked for. overall we had a great experience staying in sayaji 👍

Dear Sayaji Raipur Hotel Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided during my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was subpar, and I was appalled by the behavior of your staff. On 17-12-2024, I placed a food order through room service, but it took over an hour to arrive. Despite multiple follow-ups, the staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic about the delay. What's even more shocking is that when I complained about the issue, the staff lied about the order being prepared and ready for delivery. This blatant dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your hotel's reputation. Throughout the night, I was unable to get any assistance or resolution to my issue. As an in-house guest, I expect a certain level of service and respect, which your hotel failed to provide. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sayaji Raipur Hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The staff's behavior and attitude towards guests are appalling, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Excellent and comfortable stay at sayaji hotel raipur. The property is located in proximity. The food is certainly yummmm, loved it and the warm hospitality staff had given, it was really awesome. Over all excellent experience

The experience was really good! the room was spacious and i really enjoyed the tub. Restaurant had live music and the buffet breakfast was also really nice. The cheesecake was really bad though, so just skip that. Rest was 5/5.

Sayaji hotel front desk staff refused me to allot room for not providing physical got it. Whereas i had showed them my adhar on digilocker application. They refused to acknowledge that. I was humiliated & had to leave & stayed at babylon capital. Kindly refund & penalise sayaji hotel for the inconvenience & harassment.

Best location in town, first preferred with comfortable stay amenities among business executives, tourist families, event joiners. This was my third visit and very happy & satisfied to recommend other travelers. The staff at every level is very polite, cooperative and creates a homely aura.
