The room and place was under construction and they switched my place twice. Took half an hour to gimme my place while i kept waiting for keys at the lobby. Over-all room and place was okayesh but they should have closed it down while it was under construction.

Do not stay here, pathetic place, horrible customer service and no moral in this hotel. Just stay away. I would rather sleep on road than to consider this place. Totally disappointed.

Location is ok service is poor no amenities. Bakwas hai facilities are not available. Only bar is available dinner service is too late

Unhygienic hotel very poor service no one to greet at reception and carry luggage cockroach roaming around in rooms no complimentary dental kits very dissapointed.

Worst hotel to stay in the city worst behaving staff worst rooms worst facility all outsider uneducated staffs especially bengali staff who don't have a filter while speaking to guests. Most of the staffs are drunk on duty and the owner seems to be less intrested the drunk staff there thinks they have the authority to knock the door of a guest at midnight and harass them mentally and verbally

It was always a wonderful stay in the grand neelam staff and all the people who are working there are so nice whenever i need anything they are always on their toe. Great experience food is really nice even customise food is also available great view from the window area. I am highly recommend in raipur and i always love to stay here.

Hotel was going through a heavy construction works, so the passages was broken, there is some problem in room like ac, and washroom are not that upto the mark. But the management was really corporative, the experience was average.

The room allotted was full of cigarette smoke smell. They did not even share a complimentary water bottle. Also their delayed room service.

I had a great stay at neelam. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to navigate. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything i needed. The staff were friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering helpful recommendations. Breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options. The only downside was the slightly noisy surroundings at night, but overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Good and nice experience only issues in breakfast service. They stop breakfast service at room for those who took package including breakfast. They there coustmer to came restaurant area. If they service breakfast at room they charged for breakfast. This is not good. Otherwise all things are good

Hotel didn't provide towel tooth paste we have included breakfast in our package but they didn't allow us to have breakfast hotel says that we provide you complimentry one pratha and one poha and if you want more then you have to pay when we ask for water hotel says here you have to buy water because ro isn't working geaser was not properly working.

Not good, i will never stay again. There was raining i had to wait 2 hr for reaching my room. Also my shoes and socks got wet because the road was filled with rainwater
