Room service is very slow, whether u call for housekeeping or anything, it takes hell lot of time. Rooms were poorly cleaned while checking in. Rest staff were very cooperative. Location is good.

साफ सफाई बहुत अच्छी है, कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा है, कोई प्रदूषण नहीं है, चाही गईसर्विस तत्काल उपलब्ध है, पूर्ण वातावरण बहुत ही पारिवारिक और सब्य एवं सुशील है।

1. Room was too bad no proper cleaning. 2. No proper attendant 3. Food is too worst 4. No out side food allowed 5. Even the kettle, cofee mug not cleaned 6. Bathroom was too worst nonproper cleaning

Had booked 2 rooms room were smelling damp ac were not working properly had to switch rooms 2 times ac randomly stopped working at night multiple times bathroom drainages was blocked it made the full washroom wet

Hotel staff is very arrogant and non co-operative. They dose not the exact rates of there foods in their hotel . Due to my early morning check out today yesterday evening only I paid my food bill still hotel staff arguing for food bill & At the time of hotel staff saying please wait we have to check out if you carrying any pillow covers or towels with you. Then I said after paying for 2 day’s stay you think I can carry your ₹150/- bed sheets or ₹200/- towels. After that they start using bad words. My Flight is there otherwise I will take a legal action with that person.

Rooms are clean and wel maintained bath rooms are nice but when we first allotted room no 101 that has a damaged shower and tap, later on request they gave us a nice room

Food from room service was terrible. Foul smell was there in corridor and also in rooms. Floor carpets need to be changed. Zim was not proper. Spa looked hounting

Food is good. Rooms are not good. Beds are single bed with wheels and in double bed two single mattress are there which make very uncomfortable to sleep. Bed have wheels due to which both the beds in double beds gets slipped away from each other and makes sleep very uncomfortable. Not at all comfortable and will be very uncomfortable for couples

When i was checked in in hotel towel welcome cookies moisturiser cream was not at my room towel also not there no cleaning have connect multiple times at reception to rectify the same same was happened next day also

We ordered for a roasted chicken in room service and fried chicken was serviced.
