It was really a terrible to stay there. Rooms are not hygiene full of mosquitoes washroom itself ok ok food average high cost low maintenance

While the property location, layout design and the river side view are great, the rooms look quite old and dirty. They are also poorly maintained with lack of hygiene. The linen and towels had stains and didn't look clean. The bathroom was clogged and the flush didn't work (

At the outset i fell in love with the location and the view point really that's a blissful moment and the service is very good and staffs approach is very good. You feel like u r staying in quarters.

Good n spacious property with lot of greenery around and facing mighty river godavari. Food is delicious n tasty. Service is good. But property looks somewhat old, opened in 2003. I am familiar with this hotel since 2005. Veg restaurant avakai used to be there. Many hindu temples and bathing ghats are close-by as also rely stn.

It is not satisfying staying. Because the ambiance is not good and the room is coming bad smell. The washroom is the worst experience. Overall not good for staying.

I stayed over night only and checked out early morning. Though it's a old property, the amenities are reasonable. Full points for the location. It is situated on the river bank of godavari. Early morning view is excellent. I strongly recommend to book on make my trip for extra discount.

Best budget resort for the price. Located near by river bank. Property looks quite old but rooms are maintained well. Lush green plants surrounded with riverbank view. Best resort for the price.

The property location, food and amenities around the property are good. The river view and seating arrangements are good ! the stay @ room was not as expected. Rooms should have been maintained more tidy. Restroom to be taken utmost care. I was expecting a more comfortable stay seeing the images. Appreciate you taking this into consideration. Thanks

They are showing water park very dirty water not cleaned there is no swimming pool. They are showing old pictures rooms are not cleaned bedsheets are very smelled

Room hygiene is very poor. They are not changing bed linen. Bath room is too bad. No value for money they charged. Overall it is a bitter experience
