The hotel is fulfilling my dream of a safe, clean, tidy and positively charged place. Rating can go up to 5 stars if few more final touches are applied. The food is excellent and the serving it was lovely. Meeting the standard of hospitality. Right from booking till final billing everything was smoothly executed. Gave a video interview about my stay. Dr shashikant s shinde professor, k e m hospital, parel, mumbai. Suba hotel sagar plaza, rajgurunagar, pune.

Very good service given we are reach early morning before check in time but they arrange before check in but they are charging that but that time they given room immediately food also good and tasty. Cab facilities rooms neet and clean

Staff behaviour was nice. Rooms were very clean and there were several amenities of children playing area and gym. Price was also less as compared to quality of hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

Hot water not arranged connected to reception but they also not arranged waiting for 30 min and then leave

Check out time of 10am is a bit too early. Otherwise quite a nice place to stay. Has clean, well appionted rooms, courteous and attentive team, and well maintained premises.

Hotel is on main highway. It is near to our project site at khed city. The hotel has good parking facility. It has a good veg restaurant, good room service and a swimming pool though small. It is a good small budget hotel. Good gardening and anvils se and a large balcony at first floor.

There is nothing nearby good restaurants or shops. The restaurent which is a part of hotel charges high in-case of billing to hotel but cheaper if pay cash. The bed are very soft & springs are worn. The body goes deep inside and cannot sleep well

I stayed for one day. I like it. Hotel staffs are excellent. The polite behaviour. Lift service is good. The hotel arranged car service to airport nice location. Auto available nearby. Good dining and food. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. I will come again and stay.

Convenient, clean and comfortable stay

Stayed overnight at click hotel when driving from nagpur to pune. The hotel is right next to the highway, which makes it perfect for overnight stops. Big parking area with overhead cover and security guards. Food ordered to our room was very good. We also got breakfast in the morning before leaving, and it was good too. Rooms are clean, decent and large. The mattress is very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Lastly, check-in and checkout was quick. Definitely visiting again!

Same property with earlier name called vets was much better and humble. Click name change and fully experience change. Like price hike deduct the breakfast from package. Inside room no tea, coffee, milk, sugar chache for self tea or coffee preparation even service team seems helpless with this new "click. Everything same with higher prices and less services, i will not recommended any one to stay at this property.

The stay was pleasant with prompt services and clean room. I loved the morning chants that soothe n the environment and was good start of the day. Food was very good and the staff quickly realized i was alone and offered to serve the food in the room with no additional cost.
