It was pathetic, stay on nova hotel. I will never ever go to this hotel. Staff members are very bad and the manager was very rude with us and light was not there till 8:53 pm. You are waiting for it and there was no lights over there.

Overall a pleasing experience staying at nova park. The staff was curtious and the rooms were clean and tidy. A complimentary breakfast was given which was tasty. Would recommend others.

My experience was very bad bcz i booked room with complementary breakfast and i paid extra for this but they provided me cheap class of breakfast that was not worth of the money, cleaning issue bcz no one came for cleaning of the room not good services overall review not worth it!

Hi everyone! the hotel is in the middle of the city with a good view and connectivity within the city as well. The staff is well behaved and accommodate all sort of requests from staying arrangement to food to make your stay more comfortable! they arranged everything very smoothly and hassle free check-in, did not take much time to check-in! the only things that i did not like is the quality of the food and the room's design! food: the noodles that i ordered was stale and old and it was not at all tasting good. The chefs at this place use a lot of oil in the food, they need to avoid that. The coffee has excessive sugar, they need to look after that! within the room: they need to arrange a working table facility instead of putting the 2 tiny chair and table, it could be a good use of the room and people travel-ling for work will actually be very happy with the same.

Unhappy with customer support. Given the wrong commitment regarding invoice. Being a corporate traveller i had to bear personal loss of rs 336 due to wrong commitment

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive staff is very helpful and courteous. Would love to stay again and also recommend to friends.

Nova hotel is very bad not good for stay no power and they dint have generator cleaning is also very bad dusty when we have enter in room bedsheets have sperm spread on bedsheets

We were promised a big city facing room with proper accommodation for four, but what we got was small even for two. Housekeeping was just a bunch of kids. The room was rereibly dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Had the worst experience.
