As hotel infrastructure is excellent staff is so helping and available 24*7 for service food quality is also excellent

The hotel is very rigid & selfish there is lots of rain & water logging everywhere i am unable to move. I request the hotel to sent a cab but they are not at all ready & asking for more than 1000 rs for 6km after that i requested them to cancel than manager is agree to cancel after that mm t trip executive call them i called them but they didn’t received any calls. Understand the people situation. Dong try to make money in any situation.

Stay was very good nice place city view window on 11th floor but bathroom showers are not working in good condition like average average accept all services are excellent a big thumbs up to all staff

The hotel is 3 top floors of a commercial building. Rooms badly maintained dusty no bath soap no toilet paper. Breakfast a farce. Restaurant on terrace run down poor service and management. Charging for water too over 1 bottle. Never again.

Location is superb, ambience is also nice also i found behavior of staff very polite when i requested for early checkin they have helped me with that and throughout my stay staff was very nice

We stayed here which is close to airport as well. The food was good and service was good as well. We were happy with the service and room was very clean and spacious

Room was not that good, bathroom was having issues in hot water and it was like local hotel connected pipe and all. In a standard room no wardrobe and no refrigerator.
