Location is good. Owner is very helpful. Pocket friendly. Cleanliness is also decent. Ideal for family, groups if considering an economical stay.

Location find in mmt messages and call by honour. Food is also provided by honour in homestay and any rausrtarant near by homestay. Room are good and clean.

Clean and comfortable room with ac, geyser and water filter. Parking was also available. We didn't get the mobile network but that was ok. Nice budget friendly room. Even care taker was good.

Rooms are equipped with all required amenities. Near to the sou. Sufficient space for family. Breakfast is available near to the stay. Food is also available within 1km

Very good accomodation, spacious for 12-16 persons, owner is very helpful, snacks available in locality, little bit of transportation issues.

Stay was ok. Property shown in the images and actual property was different. Most Importantly Blanket and Hot water was available. The owner was very humble.

Rooms are good. Bathroom needs to be cleaned and some what to be cleaned before customers arrived. No wifi. Owner is coperative. You will get tea and poha in front of room. So rating is average. Will cost 150 rs each and every visit to statue of unity, one for going and one for returning back. Means daily 300 rs for family.

Bathroom is very very small. Booked 2 rooms with ac. But only one room has ac. No sitting room. Not well lit. Wash basin fixed in bed room. Walls were dirty. Bed sheets. Pillows. Blankets are very very unhygienic. No shelves in bath room. No hooks. No cup board to keep clothes. No mirror in toilets. No parking. Had to climb steps. No provision for making tea. No ro for drinking water. No towels provided. Soap provided only after asking. Only fit for below budget people. Not recommended for any family stay. Spend few bucks more and stay in a proper hotel. No pics taken. Not worth

No network, no tv, no cold drinking water, no connectivity, it was like a compromised stay. Even cost was not justified as we were getting hotels at that price

We had a great stay for 3days and 2 nights. This property is very close to all the destinations. I. E, statue of unity, narmada dam, dutta mandir garudeshwar and shoolpaneshwar mahadev mandir. The owner was very friendly and guided us. Rooms were spaciout and air conditioned and very confortable

Overall stay was very good and pleasant. Owner was very helpful person and he guided us for sou your very well. Only thing i feel is that washrooms could have been bit bigger as they are too much compact. Location is also nearby to sou campus.
