Washroom issue!

Although the property is good it’s a boutique hotel this was my second visit but this time washroom was very stinky which was not good. It smell as if some gutter knob is opened. They should correct it and make it smell good. Washroom should be cleaned and smell in a better way! rest food taste good.

Food amenities and services of this hotel is excellent except three things after every 24 hrs you have to again activate your room key card, secondly bell boys are not active, guest have to take their luggage by themselves and at last food is very costly here

Hotel icon rajpura has an excellent ambience. Cleanliness and upkeep is very good. The air conditioner in my room wasn't cooling enough. Despite setting it to the minimum, the cooling wasn't there. I had my breakfast and dinner at their restaurant. Food quality is just average. This hotel is located in mall and there is nothing other than that nearby.

Neat and clean. The staff is good. Uninterrupted power supply. Hot / cold water supply. Clean towels.

If u book this hotel. Wear hamlet inside. Washroom tile fell on my head. Only 2 items will be served in breakfast. 0 rating.

I stay 2 days in this hotel rajpura it's very luxurious and spacious room only one concern i observe that breakfast need to improve in this hotel very limited choice are there

Ac was not working properly, rest were ok, we did nit tried food as it was located in the shopping centre area, breakfast was good. Though we order on ala cart e.

It is good for 1 or 2 days stay best for business purposes but restaurant menu has very little cuisine which restaurant can offer there is hope for improvement in menu items

It’s location is little off the way as it is located 5 kms away from nearby main bus stand. Basically, if you don’t have your own vehicle you have to struggle a lot to reach this hotel. We booked a double bed room. We checked in and was greeted by the broken door of our room. When we requested them to change the room they said it is not permissible. Then we had ordered some food items from nearby restaurants. One of the bed sheet was stained by food items. It was a minor stain which was easily washable. But to our utter surprise we were told to pay rs 1500 for the stained bed sheet. It was a very bad experience

the hotel is good overall in terms of cleanliness and space. it is also very well located - 4 mins away from chitkara university - so it would help a lot of parents when they are seeing off their children at the campus! i think the food needs some upgrade while the amenities like towels etc. needs to be upgraded. the staff were very cordial but can be trained for better hospitality.
