No hot water in the bathroom, not good for staying in the camps for family that too with small kids. Food is average, they could add more snacks options in hi-tea time, foxtail camps should be sealed properly so that we don't get scared what will come inside while sleeping, more lights to be provided outside the camping area. No handwash in the toilet area of camping areas. Literally it's not the expectation what we expected after paying 7k for a night stay

Exceptionally bad experience! bad management, terrible customer service. Lost my kids swimsuit within an hour of coming. I accidentally booked two rooms and after i came in they said it’s ok they can cancel the room after getting an email and later they said they can’t cancel at night. They said the next room is ours to take if we want and later they sold that room to someone else. Reception will bang the phone in your face. Literally everything is terrible. There was another person at the reception who also lost something.

It's not at all a good experience to me as the stay is not comfortable. Food is decent but they are charging high as per the varities provided by them.

The stay at ravishing retreat was really worth it, the staff was very engaging and helpful, stay is very comfortable, the food was very hygienic and tasty - loved their sandwich- best place to go to for a little getaway, they have fun activities as well, loads of things included in the package itself - do give a visit. I booked the ravishing resort on oct 31 to nova 1. But once i reach there i understood i can't stay the tent with my family. Since the room was full on deepavali they told to reschedule the visit. Since i booked through makemytrip i requested them. But till now i didn't get any information on reshedule

It's a decent place. Food was good. Due to rain couldn't use all the adventure activities. Staff were attentive -helpful

The property is overall nicely maintained, but the management needs to better manage their staff. The telephone extensions in the rooms do not work, room service is inadequate, and the bar closes at 10:00 pm. It would be better if the bar remained open until 12:00 am, at least on weekends.

Location the view and the food was really great and it was very clean, great experience. Definitely a good place to spend time with your loved ones

Resort is good. Pleasant stay. But front desk and room service is bad. No room cleaning every day. Came to know pool water is changed once in fortnight/month. No body cares and not attending calls ( intercom not working. Travel desk is not there. Can visit by own vehicles only.

Worst experience ever. There is no concept of hygiene. Bedspreads with stains and dirt. Ac was not working nor the intercom. On multiple requests they changed the bedspread and put a torn one. The food was also bad ppl touch the food with bare hands. The fan was provided as ac was not working and the fan was not cleaned and had so much dust. The bed was so bad that the do springs were pricking and hurt so bad.

The stay was not up to the mark. Ac wasn’t working, rooms were not clean, they turn the garden lights off by 10pm, the staff were not at all responsive.

It was a very peaceful place for a weekend getaway. We have thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Food was good, could have been a little better.

One of the worst places to stay at. The room was a disappointment. The flush in the washroom wasn't working. There were bugs and insects in the room and on top of it, the food served in the buffet was cold and tasteless. Don't ever book this place.

Resort was good, but we felt it was not worth the money we paid (15k for 1 day). location is good. As resort offers some day packages, afternoon it was crowded, which we were not expecting in a luxury resort. Food was good. there some activities, for which we need to pay again.

Room service was very slow. It took them more than 15 minutes to provide water bottles which are supposed to be available on entry. No welcome drink was offered and entire conversation around activity coupons was unclear. Food was ok and staff which was managing catering service was very supportive. They are charging like 5 star hotel but service is not at all up to the standard.
