Terrible Stay

It was a horrible stay at harinisuthan residency. No towel, no drinking water provided. There was no water in toilet. Literally, no staff to serve. I recommend mm t to remove this hotel from your list. Or at least have some minimum criteria to enlist any hotel on mmt. Very very bad experience at this hotel.

Terrible Stay

The room is not looks nice, bed is not cleaned. Bad smell in the pillows. No air flow in the room, the room is just con-jested and hot. No room service. I didn’t take any picture.

They have not allowed me to check in, as they sold the room at higher price. No commitment. If they get good buy but they will cancel the earlier booking, putting the earlier client at trouble. Very very very bad experience. Makemytrip should desist from booking such type hotel.

A pleasant stay

The location of the property were peaceful. It was a short stay. Overall it was a pleasant stay and would like to recommend the property to others. The staff was very good and courteous.

Hotel stay was completely unpleasant

Hotel stay was unpleasant. No drinking water available. Situated in remote and unsafe area. I have paid online in advance 2 months before check in. But in the time of Hotel check out Hotel owner and manager said that they had not received hotel charges. Then I have called to MMT customer care executive. Then she had spoken with Hotel owner. After that, also I had faced a lot of difficulties in the time of hotel check-out. These issues I haved faced first time with MMT hotel service.
