Small rooms. Dirty walls. This is just a basic lodge, not a hotel. Not even water was provided in the room. Roadside parking.

Very small washroom and the space of the room is too inadequate the only thing to be cosider is just that it is at closer proximity to the ramnath swamy temple

At time of booking they show delux ac rooms of 288 sq feet size. But the real size is about 144 sq feet. Bath room is very very small, no place to keep toileteris which was not provided except two small size soap. No mineral water and electric locker as described by them.

It is near by the temple. Location is good but restaurant food was not good. Room was clean but it did not looked for three people stay.

No hygiene related measures taken by the hotel. Bedsheet and pillow cover looked and smelled like they have not been washed for ages. No cooling from ac even after keeping it at 18. Flies and mosquitoes in the room. Pay some more money and look for better hotels

No hot water, the room service staff is negligent, overpriced as compared to the rooms and service.

The rooms were not ready when we arrived. The cleaning was not done properly, bedsheets were dirty and there were cockroaches in the room. The staff were not exactly cooperative when we asked for clean bed sheets and pillow cover. One of them told us to change the room if and when another cockroach comes out.

Extremely horrible hotel. Linen dirty and torn. Bathroom taps broken. Food quality horrible. Rooms are not worth the tarriff. Fan regulator broken

Bed sheet not cleaned and worn out, instead of replacing blanket cover it was changed from one side to other side, no tv remote, toilet tap not in position.

Excellent stay, clean rooms and very polite and helping staff. My parents were on visit, they help in every possible thing, also after checkout time they allowed to stay till the train arrives. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience in this hotel. They gave me room 202 where no water in toilel and room walls were full of dumbness. Afer request they changed room 208 and water problem resolved but dumbness was there as well and bed, pillow everything was dirty. Again, on humble request, they changed but not much improvement in service quality. whatever pics are there all are may be very old when hotel started. Please have a look on new picks.

Location was near to temple, having restaurant within hotel helped in shortening meal time, it was easy to move between hotel and temple

The hotel, situated at 600-800 meters walking distance to lord ramanathaswamy temple, is decent enough for a family’s comfortable stay. As for toiletries, only towels are provided. The food at its restaurant is fairly ok. Parking is arranged by hotel by the road side. Staff manning the reception are courteous.
