Hotel location is good but hotel services are very poor and cleaning services not happening everyday inside rooms

Charged extra money for early checkins

Our checkin timing was 12 pm and we reached hotel at 10 am. So, we asked for early checkin and charged 1000 rs for same which is a terrible experience for us. I think they should allow early checkins for approximately ~3 hours.

This is the most pathetic hotel that ever had a displeasure to even interact with, let alone stay. Despite a confirmed booking the hotel reception staff did not let me stay on grounds of a worthless reason of being a single man. The staff was downright rude and absolutely incapable of showing any hospitality. They were even rude to the mm t agent who tried to reach them in order to help me.

I visit this property several years ago. But compare to b4 now less maintenance in the rooms. Like electrical board not properly maintain and in wash room hot water null not working.

Very nice service cleaning also good, staff behaviour and manager is prompt, restaurant food and service is great hotel nearest in temple and sea ac, lift everything is ok only parking problem

Usually streets in rameswaram are very narrow, stay is terrible, no south indian breakfast, parking is also not good

Hotel was good. Service was also nice. Hotel is near to rameshwaram temple just walking distance. The best thing is the pure veg food available and at the best price.

There is no entrance of vehicle. I have to park my car at distance proposed by the hotel staff. Of-course they have accompanied me to their parking space

In mid night room a/c was turned off and on from outside by management. It disturbs sleep. In house catering is not great.

Not at all customer friendly. The restaurant in the building not upto the mark. Rudly denied a request to check out 1 hr late even the check in was done 7 hours late

Rooms are infested with cockroaches. Bed linens and towels are full of stains. This is a dingy lodge not a hotel recommended for people who respect hygiene. Only book if desperate for saving money.
