Rooms not given to us even after taking the payment, they treated like dogs in hotel reception don't visit again, make my trip people are also involved in this scam still waiting for refund

Food was amazing, proper up-pah and kaaram, services was next level, one call and the next moment they provide what was asked. Dont forget to take one soap lol because i missed taking heheheheheehe

Room is very good - clean and neat. Very spacious with a balcony overlooking main road. But checkin experience wasn't welcoming. Nobody to help with luggage. Corridors appeared dark and dungy (lights weren't turned on until very late in the evening. Worst of all, loud music from neighborhood. Even with all doors, windows closed we couldn't sleep well. Informing reception didn't help. Even though we were assured they will go, speak and get the music stopped/volume reduced nothing happened until 1am. Complimentary breaks was just ok. Limited varities and average taste.

Overall good, but improve toilet. Has basement parking

Hotel room was clean and spacious, sufficient basement parking space but the toilet was dirty and poor in maintenance. Toilet seat, door, wall, floor needs through cleaning. Wash basin was choked. Very good and helpful staff. Overall positive experience.

Everything is good. But in the restaurant only limited variety available. But you can put order in zomato. But in overall it's a nice hotel to stay.

It’s all about ac in the room which made our sleep uncomfortable sometimes good and the other times not comfortable. We didn’t try the food

Property location, infrastructure and services are good, however the property does not allow smoking whereas it’s mentioned in property rules that smoking is allowed. Staff is cooperative and we were allowed breakfast before time.

Location around 1km from temple. Parking available. Must mention the food. Awesome teaste. Front desk folks are very helpful and informative. Overall very nice to select it for our stay.

I have a nice experience staying in the taika hotel, rameswaram. Being an outsider, i have seen the absolute enthusiasm in the people here to try to help with the customer’s queries. Special thanks to rekha mam, who have guided us throughout and that helped us a lot.

Hotel rooms are good, but the management is very poor. We had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for our rooms to be ready. The hotel lobby's waiting area's ac was not working. Clean towels were not provided at the time of check-in, we had to wait another hour for towels. The restaurant's food was not good, very oily.

Service- very poor, staff very rude. They brutaily hit one of guest. 2-3 staffs hit him together with threatening like anything. He was helpless and literally crying.
