Staff were very helpful and addressed all concerns politely and immediately. However, washroom should have been cleaned properly as we found it little dirty while checked in. Also, breakfast is served in room and they order in morning at 8 am. This should be mentioned at time of booking on makemytrip property related information. Otherwise, all other things and staff were vey good

Our check in process was not smooth. The front desk people demanded adhar card(not even masked adhar) as the only id proof to check in. When i produced my valid voter id card they rejected and demanded adhar card only. I never share adhar card with anyone as it is not mandatory i'd proof and it's our choice to share or not. After 20 minutes of arguments with the front desk as why adhar card should not be demanded as the only id proof the front desk person started threatening saying adhar card is mandated by department in that region and without that they don't let us in. This was disgusting and also against the mandates of adhar sharing. Still i didn't give my adhar card then they tried to call some person. And then they asked me to give in writing that it's with my own wish i have not given my adhar card but have given voter id card as i'd proof. We were getting late for our planned visit of temple tour and i had to write this note in their registration book and then they took voter id copy and given us the key. This was never experienced in any other hotels across india. But jb residency front desk people have no basic knowledge about guests privacy and what is meant by an i'd proof. They have photo copies every guests adhar cards and have pasted in the registration book this is legally not acceptable. The room was good, we could sleep well, bathroom was clean but they don't have onsite restaurant. Also it's about one km far from restaurants. I will never again visit this hotel.

Hotel is newly constructed, rooms are neat and clean with all toiletries and essentials. A kettle would have helped and breakfast in room is not adequate if group is large

Jb residency is a new property near abdul kalam sir's residence. Rooms are neat and well maintained. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own but you can order in and they provide cutlery. Car parking is in an enclosed area about 200 mts from the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room is quite average, for our room flush was not working, there is no place for 4 people to sit and have breakfast.

The hotel is new and well equipped. The staff are courteous and professional. Just look at the checkin checkout timings. I had my checkin at 12:00pm but had arrived at 8:00 am and they asked for checkin charges. To avoid this, they said offline booking cancel-led be done (pretty weird) but apart from this, there's no concerns as our stay over there was really good

The hotel is strategically located. Walkable to west gate of temple. Staffs are courteous and rooms are spacious and clean

Pros:good room for family with affordable rates and nearby to rameshwaram temple. Staff are very good. Cons:no hanger inside bathroom and no inhouse restaurant.

An excellent stay, staff is really amazing. The room cleanliness, bathroom kits and in general cleanliness is above expectations. Location is convenient. Parking is slightly away but safe and securely gated. Overall a very good experience
