The room in which i stayed was cozy, the washroom neat, clean & well maintained. The food was excellent. Service was commendable with the staff being friendly & nice. Overall a delightful experience.

Deluxe rooms are not properly ventilated.

Not great. Deluxe rooms do not have windows, it feels suffocating. The food was good at the restaurant.

Very very small room and tariff price is too high as per the room size it was a very bad experience and i'll never book this hotel and i'll ensure that no friend will book this hotel

1. There was no window in the room. Felt suffocated 2. There was a smell of cigarette smoke that didn't go even after using the room freshener. Had to change the room at last.

Good comfortable stay welcome note by entire team. Fooding cost on bit higher side which needs to be optimised. Rooms were luxurious enough to cater the customer needs.

It's a decent hotel for a business trip. Just found the bell boy a little funny. He waited in our room awkwardly, till we gave him a tip. Apart from that, a good stay.

First their location is perfect, right at the heart of city plus there is no parking problem. The rooms are well sanitised and clean. The staff is very polite. Even the food is good. If the room was a little more spacious then it would be perfect. But still its good.
