"clean and comfy hotel in city centre we had a wonderful stay in charming hotel arthur. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderful l breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of city centre"

Very shabby rooms. Uncleaned toilets. Charged extra at the hotel. Food quality not good at all. Untidy slippers provided at the hotel.

Stay was horrible. The linens were very dirty. They didn't change it after use also. Foods were so so.

Overall experience is good. Neat and clean rooms. The package is good with a moderate breakfast. The food plates provided at the complimentary breakfast are too old and dirty. This needs to be addressed

The hotel location is decent, but services are horrible. Hot water not avb. No extra charging point in room (not even one socket extra for mobile charging. There were just two namkeen packets in the room (chargeable basis) which theycask if you have used during your stay. I said no. Then they asked their staff to check. And later at check out they again asked. I don't understand what was so valuable in those two packets which required confirmation thrice !

Staff was very good evening at reception it took minimal time to do the formalities, rooms were clean, little problem with tv but manageable. Overall the experience was very good. Liked it.

The hotel front is very dirty. Check before stepping out of your vehicle. If your first priority is bathroom cleanliness then don't book this hotel. The bathroom is too tiny, no place for bathing. Bathroom light and bathroom lock not working. Room is okay(given two stars just for room otherwise will give 1 star only. Towel is too dirty. They kept 2 packets 10rs chips and 2 kitkat in the room and were not informed about charges. Later they took money for this(40rs each.

Room was clean, but bed sheet and bed cover and pillow cover was not in proper clean. During the checkin time staf was not very much supportive and too delay in checkin.

Too much late check in, after that when room check in washroom was too dirty and tap was not running properly then i called to reception but properly no response and once time call pickup and hold the call then 4 to 5 times told her then checked but not working. Then fridge not available in the room i'm frustrating called the reception 4-5 times then she provided. I spent half my day in all this. Food is average location is good room service was poor

Ac was not working in the room after a hectic hoy and humid day. They did not have an extra room therefore we have to spend that night without ac which was terrible since we paid for an ac room
