Price difference it is understandable because of taxes etc but if possible then charge only 25% extra not 50%

The location was perfect - very close to good restaurants and near to the main road so i could get to the cricket stadium easy. The hotel felt safe with a good reception and helpful staff. I liked the lift going up to the 3rd floor. My dormitory was spacious and my bed comfortable. Washing facilities were adequate. The secure locker provided was also much appreciated. Thank you mayuri!

Pathetic stay

We booked a men dormitory for my employee. He didnt agree to stay there as there was no information. It had 28 beds with 1 washroom. My employee took another room with mayuri. Pols refund the dormitory payment if possible

Location was good near to ranchi railway station but in view of hotel services is poor and cleaning of toilet not maintaining proerly.

Could have more convenient.

Based on google map's review it was quite disappointing. Everything was upto the mark. Interior, beds, etc. I didn't get any bedsheet and blanket may be because of i reached there at morning 4 o'clock. That's exactly it shows that it's not a place where you can visit at night(means no 24hr service. Most concerning point is that the staff himself don't know at what sites his hotel is listed. I paid my amout but the staff was pretending that he don't know such thing. A traveller like me wants hustle free check-in and check-out. Hope they'll work on that.

No blanket.

We were not provided blankets in the hotel - when i asked the staff for the same, they told me that we don't provide.

The poor's paradise. Generally people think that small budget hotel doesn't give facilities, doesn't have cleanliness in their premises but this hotel makes you wrong and surprised. Manager and all staff hostility is too good.

No proper hygiene and cleanliness. Washrooms are very dirty no cleaning has done in two days. They have not changed even bedsheets everyday. Staffs are even not delivering water bottles. No sanitiser no handwash kept in washrooms. It's really the worst experience. Even railway station facilities are much more better than this. I want refunds for such worst facilities.

They accommodated 25 people in one dorm which was supposed to be a 8-bedded dorm room. No social distancing rules followed. Terrible management. Poor facilities.

There was no safety check no hand sanitization no cleanliness in the room and washroom all messed up and no temperature check please ask to follow all the parameters and also to talk politely with the customers
