Pathetic property and service. The entire room is damp and stinky. Bathroom windows and ventilators are all broken, so whole night mosquitoes kept coming inside. There was no way to stop them. Entire property is very dirty including lift and entrance.

First you should verify the service offered by the hotels then it is mentioned on mmt. Things on the portal and in real are quite different. Please verify hotel, then allow bookings

A smell was there in the room, the toilet was not cleaned, the blanket was smelling, nothing was good except staff behaviour.

Hotel is at good location near govt bus stand and ranchi railway station. Ac, room service generator and food service are available in this hotel.

Very terrible experience. There was no light in the hotel. We slept without light and in room full of mosquitoes. Very very very worst experience in hotel. I suggest you to remove such hotels from make my trip as such hotels are maligning the platform.

It was a good stay. As a solo traveller with average amenities not a big problem. Location is good, and rent is also nominal.

Air conditioner not working was night 2 am to early morning 6:20 am and room temperature heavy heat so, service is very bed

Cheap room near railway station. No fooding by hotel itself. Ignore cleanliness if you are in need of cheapest stay. Otherwise it's okay if you don't want to stay for long period

Average quality experience. Although the looks of the room was good but the washroom was very narrow. And why i said average because the room was very much bad in small and also the bed.

Nice stay, room is ok, ac operate, fan operate, water supply is good, staff behaves well but tv is not operated in my room

It's was good, bathroom no so clean, no hot water, ac non-working. Everything else was ok. Value for money. Staff were co-operative though

This rating is for mmt. They have worst service providing. They don't care of the problems what you face at check in time. You just pay your hotel charges and they will get their commission. That's all. Same on mmt.

Overall a avarage experience. It's my suggestion only, make my trip should take so much care that hotels allot equal rooms to their customers (customers who book additionally through make my trip. The costing of bookings with make my trip and without make my trip is almost the same but still i have found that hotels allot their lowest maintenance rooms only to those booking with make my trip.

Budget friendly hotel near Ranchi Railway Station. My experience good, staff behavour also good. If you find low budget hotel in Ranchi I recommended it. 👍

Hotel room was horrible, sheets and pillows were dirty, i don't think they were changed after last guests vacated. There were spit marks on room corner. The corridor was filled with wooden raw materials, looked like the construction work still going on. There were leakage in bathroom comode and no geyser as well. This hotel should be removed from mm t app.

The hotel is average type but considering the tariff, its ok. The staff were quite helpful and cooperative. Location-wise its very good and easily accessable. Since the non-ac room that i had booked had an issue, i was given an ac room to stay (without ac of course. Overall experience was ok.

If i can mark -5 i would. The most horrific experience. After i checked in receptionist told us ac will not work if electricity service disrupts. And the lift is not working, so we need to go to our fourth floor rooms by walking, and they have ac rooms only in fourth floor, so no chance of room change. After i enter the room, it was full of damp stains, beside bed there was spit stain, room was not even cleaned properly before it was handed out to us! in washroom there was no water heater. And they also can not arrange water for you. They don't have kitchen so no in room food service available. Not a single thing that they can offer properly. They told us lift service man will come at 11. 00 am, when we asked in the evening, they just told technician has not visited today and the lift is still not working. This hotel is not recommended at all. Only good thing is they have arranged a car rental service which was useful. In night the electricity was gone for 2 hours and we had to stay in complete darkness, when we asked in the morning they told us the oil of the generator was not there. My recommendation is use jtdc hotels in this city only.

Electric supply during powercut is not continuing at night.

The power from the generator was not continued during night. It's a horrific night without light. Without any notice and or information they just off their generator.
