    First the guy in counter was very rude, he said you have booked in very cheap rate so he demanded extra money. He deliberately gave us the room where ac was not working, tv was not working and most importantly he did not gave us the room key saying nothing will happen go with open room, so we went nearby places with our luggage. Horrible
