Bedsheet and pillow covers, blankets are not cleaned and they didn’t have the new ones to replace. Washroom flush also not working

I booked an ac deluxe room. The hotel is located in a narrow lane. The bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty, the geyser didn't work. The 'free breakfast' was of very poor quality. Four puris, watery alu sabzi, and a cup of tea. Blanket and its cover were not clean and a strong foul odour was coming from the bed. It was a terrible stay ! i feel myself duped by this hotel.

The hotel rooms were dirty , bedsheets , pillow , towel all these things were very dirty at the time of check in as if they don’t even changed the covers after previous guest checked out . The staff also added extra cost of water bottles which they have not given also

The staff wasn’t corporative they were rude and they used to be drunk every night and they fight with their guest too. Their wifi wasn’t working first they gave us a small room which we didn’t book after arguing they gave us a large room which we booked their don’t have a restaurant area in pratap heights instead they get food from pratap residency but the food was good

This property is very good, the staff here is good. The room is quite fine, bedsheet, blanket etc. Everything is very good, the only drawback is their washroom, the water in it backs up. And there are a lot of things wrong. If we talk about ac cooling makes very well.

Food is not available, bringing from other place which is very bad. No soaps in bathroom or anything else, bedsheets are not clean.

Ghatiya hotel or service. Ease khrab hotel ranchi me kahi nhi hai bed se lekar bathroom or service kuchh v thik nhi hai

book karne pe 12:00 pm se pahle entry nahi hoga, 11:49 am bhi hai fir bhi, fir 12:30 pm lagega room clean karne mein, staff behavior jayda acha nahi tha, cleaning rating 5 out of 10.

They charged me extra. While checkout for staying there for 45 mints extra. They charged rs and there was no basic ameties like towel in bathroom, handwash. Or even water bottle. Worst experience ever. Sorry don't have images

staf behavior not friendly and not helpful jitni baar jao bass paise he manenge or room service naam ki bhi koi chiz hoti hai wo bilkul nahi hai ...🙃 but hotel is good ..
