The room was not clean, the mattress was also torn, there was a lot of sin-door and a lot of dirt on the curtain, the bed had a lot of stains, there was hair all around the room.

I didn't stay at this hotel. I had searched for hotels in hospet karnataka. But don't know from where did this jharkhand property came in between n by mistake i booked it. There's hotel pratap residency here in hospet too, so i thought it's the same. Didn't show the address. N after booking we got to know that it's in jharkhand. Please refund back my money.

Overall it's a good experience and pleasant stay. Location is very good, food was also good and amenities are satisfactory.

Hotel is not preferable according to my opinion.

Except food, nothing is appreciable. No landline available in room, no freezer, nor any fundamental things. After many follow ups, tv was recharged even after 24 hrs. Even towels are not provided without request. Overall review is 2 out of 5.

Unhygienic room ac water leakage ac not running at night and making too much sound upon complaining nothing done the room was very unhygienic. Dust layer could be seen on the sofa and bed

It was horrible experience. Room was not clean bed was not clean. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. I had opted for free breakfast but was not served. It was worst experience ever for me and my family

Though room was fine but bedding was not clean. Service request not being adresed. I requested to start tv in room twice but no response. Morning service start too late even you do not get a cup of tea before 8. 30 am.

I had a very bad experience staying at hotel pratap residency. There was no proper room service. No cleanliness. Bed sheet, towel etc are not washed properly.

The rooms were not clean and dusted properly. No kettle was provided. Bedsheets and bed covers had stains. Fans made noises. No night lights.

1) place was all dirty. Nobody cares about the place. 2) unprofessional staff, specially the guy sitting at reception. 3) no proper information about extra charges. 4) the only good thing about this place was its food quality.

My door was beaten by outsidersvtwice that night. First was around 1pm and again at 2. 30 pm. I did-not slept whole night as they were making lot of noise in lobby. When i coplained at reception next day receptionist only reply was kya krun sir ye log pi-ye hue the. Totally disgusting
