Room was very untidy no mirror, no cubboard even they aren't provide drinking water. Last of all i am booking for hotel royal palace they provide me raman palace and it doesn't have any lift

Improper address and name of hotel is raman palace not royal palace. Called concern person he was scolding me for not reaching to the address no respect for guests. Awful experience with hotel room not clean.

The hotel's exact location was not available in google maps so it took time to locate it. Moreover there were a lot of mosquitoes so i was unable to sleep properly. No drinking water and other items like soap etc were provided. The bathroom was also not clean. Overall verypoor experience.

I didn't check in. It's terrible. So i came out from the reception. The location you shared is of hotel royal residency, not hotel royal palace. So, request you to do something good for the customers.

Not at exact location but lum sum 500m away from the ranchi railway station. And its name also changed as raman hotel. If you call to property he transfer to you in the raman hotel.

The power went off multiple times over night and the hotel guy won't turn on the back up unless the guest walks down to reception and requests them. Every time they argued that i got the booking at offer price so i should not ask for any facilities. They said "itne kamm poise me i yahi milega" and "aapne pay hee kaya kaya hai" i had booked non ac room in summer of may month, but only option of blanket was a winter quilt. I had checked in at 9 pm but the hotel was completely in flexible with check out time. Further to worsen the agony the turned off the electricity at 10 am so the guest is forced to leave by 11 am. Too many mosquitos, no mirror, no wifi, no intercom.
