Horrible interiors with walla having damp and wallpaper torn. Poor service oberall. They don't give basic things like dosa in breakfast which is part of package. Please avoid.

I reached hotel around /8. 30 pm on 13. 10. 23. Initially there was some problem in finding booking details. I had to wait around 25 minutes. Then i got room. Services were reasonably ok. In bathroom there was only shampoo available no body gel etc. In this respect it needed improvement. Location is good. Otherwise services were ok.

The hotel was a good one. They agreed to give us an early check in. They even advised is to take a bigger room as we were three adults. The room service menu was good and tasty. Only negative was the hot water didn't work in our room, we asked to rectify it but it didn't get done. The guests on the floor above were loud and it disturbed our sleep. But other than that it was a good option.

Hotel royalsion, ranchi in the heart of the city, is an amazing hotel. I was not expecting such an experience. The hotel staff is friendly. Room service is timely. Food is excellent. The hotel and room is super clean. Overall a fantastic experience.

New hotel but still not geared up to the market standard. The restaurant closes by 10:30. Booked a double room and was offered a two bedroom and no option for a king or queen size bed and the reception refused to help.

Very good property. Clean, hygienic, staffs are very co-operative. Good space for parking. Food is very very good. Buffet breakfast has good variety and items change daily. Room service is very quick. Ambiance is calm and quite. Overall a very good hotel for stay with family.

Located along the main road. Room was neat and tidy with enough space. Bathroom was clean. Only missing was hand wash.
