The room size was really small. The asthetics of the room was dull and there were hardly any amenities. Staffs were generous and cooperative though. Overall it was a waste of money because in that price one expects to get much better experience in a city like ranchi

Hotel didn’t meet my expectations, even though it was marketed as a premium experience. If there are issues like unpleasant odors, want to address it with the hotel management. I tried to make it a room change or provide some other accommodations. After calling the mm t they agreed to change.

The rooms are not clean. I booked room for king size bed, they offer me twin bed room. Hotel manager has to give room as per booking and not to adjust.

Location was best and atmosphere was really quite and pleasant. Very good amenities and clean hotel.

The rooms are nice and clean, bathroom are good, hot water running all the time. Staff is good. Unfortunately room were very very smelly, it seems all the bricks had smoked the cigrate. They had been very tenors to give me option to give different room but all the room they showed me had too much cigrate smell. Not good for non smoker and those who don't like cigrate smell. I couldn’t sleep while night because of the terrible smell.

Actually it was my first time in ranchi. I was little bit tensed about the stay. But after staying in royal ranchi it was very good experience. Their restaurant is very nice. Even though i am a south indian i'm very satisfied with their food options. Room service also very nice. Room and toilet are very clean. It's very close to airport. Only 1km. You can walk to the hotel from airport. Overall it was a pleasant experience

The hotel, the staffs and the service was very good. Food was good but there's always scope of improvement. However the room had lot of mosquitos, pest control should be done to prevent inspects and mosquitos

The stay was good, I like dinner on the roof top near the runway of Birsa Munda Airport. so I can see many landing & take off with breakfast and dinner. food was yummy and tasty 😋, (Mashroom kadhai, dal tadka, paneer butter masala, tandoori butter roti. The hotel location is 800m only from the arrival of the airport. you can walk for a healthier life.

Yes we have booked the stay but it was pathetic. Rooms were smelling and the entrance was very shady. We have booked another hotel.

Hotel service and food was good. Found hotel location on google map. Room service was fast and staff were well mannered. Overall experience was quite good.

This is very near to the airport. So there's the convenience. And the rooms are clean and well maintained. Room service is good. And we can order food from the restaurant on the top floor by calling room service. I liked what the place is offering.
