Hotel is 20 min from the airport and still in town and hence I had chosen it. The location is in a small lane and rooms are not ventilated sufficiently. Since you don't have much to do at this hotel, you tend to see TV and then you realize that the channels available are for demo of how the TV functions. There is a small restaurant but I didn't try food. Complementary Mineral water bottles were not given.

Hotel entrance and reception are not appealing. Ok room. Food is good. Staff behaviour is good, but after every meal, room service guys needs to be reminded for clearing the plates.

This hotel is situated nearer to main road and around 6km from Railway Station. The reception is not professionally equipped and unable to respond quickly by viewing the mail messages and smoothly allotting the rooms. In spite of showing the confirmed message he is not believing and waits for communication. This has to be improved. Rooms are good and restaurant is not having variety of food. Overall it was OK to stay for one or two days.

Super deluxe was good. Staff was really helpful ...

Hotel is inside the road on harmu road opposite Visual Mega mart. Guy at the reception was very nice. They upgraded my room. Food was very nice and price of food was also very great. Over all nice hotel with very co-operative staff
