Cockroach in the room no. 306. And ventilation was not there. Bathroom exhaust wasn't working. Also hot water service was not working

Very bad experience with the hotel. (1) geyser was not working for both the rooms (2) lift was not working all the time (3) breakfast was not good quality (4) hotel manager was very rude (5) for 3 hours extra stay they have taken whole room charges for 1 day

The hotel's condition is satisfactory, however, the linens do not meet the standards displayed by Treebo. Additionally, the washroom amenities and breakfast options are below par. The breakfast spread consists solely of one type of cut fruit and bread, without the availability of jam or butter. While the staff is satisfactory and the hotel's exterior is acceptable, significant improvements are necessary in terms of amenities and breakfast offerings.

Hotel was good when i stayed 01 month back. But this times it's horrible. Rooms provided are not clean and bad odor smells. I have to accept what rooms they have as there was no other choice. Many food items not available which are mentioned in menu may be due huge rush in restaurants. Intercom not available. They tried repairing but failed. Room tv was not recharged and hence not working. Staffs are good and they at-least tried to help all guests in hotel.

Electricity issue was there. The first room i got did not have its washroom door locked. The room was changed after i complained. Keep limited options every time for breakfast (like that. Banana, puri sabji, utthpam-vegetable, omelette)

Hotel was okay, but overpriced for ranchi. I stayed there for 3 nights. Staff was good. But room arrangement was not nice. Rooms are very small. Just bigger than bed. Complimentary breakfast was very humble. Not fit for health-conscious eaters. Parathas or pooris only with an item of south indian stuff. Just want to say that there are better options around that place in that price.

Overall good experience. Room and washroom is clean and well maintain. Ac is working. I switch on tv for a single time but channels are not available but its not a big issue for me because i don't have to watch the tv. Thanks for the cooperation for late checkout.

Booked it for 4 nights for my stay in ranchi The hotel rooms are damp, stinky, dirty and pathetic. Don't book here expecting a 3 star experience at a cheap price. The rooms, cleanliness and services are below average. Does not live up to the standards of treebo.
