The room quality was not upto the mark. Sheets & covers were dirty. Food service was good. Good behaviour by staffs.

Early check-in facilitated free of cost. The breakfast menu has to be revised and some healthy items need to be added also in-house infrastructure checks have to be maintained properly. Ex- elevator, geyser. Property is good as whole the staff is also good service is also good technical upgradation required the location of the hotel is also very approachable price is very reasonable would recommend others and prefer visiting again overall the service is good but your review system has to be revamped with straightforward questions like yes, no or other types of questions. It becomes very monotonous to puff review in this format

Hotel is located in upper bazar area, i stayed for 2 nights, had breakfast 1 mrng, only 3-4 options available in breakfast, hotel rooms are okayish at best, washroom stinks, book only if you are on tight budget

Worst hotel i have ever been to. No service, worst infrastructure. Had to wait for 2 hrs and call reception 5 times just for drinking water.

No ac remote given, ac was set at 24 only u cannot do anything, no brush or toothpaste available, shampoo is very cheap it can damage your hair

Room was very good and spacious, office staff is polite, and very good for vegetarian bcoz they do not provide non veg so in breakfast if possible add egg, overall compare to price it is nice stay only need to add some more items in complimentary breakfast.
