The hotel offers a spectacular view of the himalayan range. The rooms are spacious and the service is excellent. Staff is very friendly & polite. While the food is decent, there is room for improvement, especially with the chinese cuisine, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathrooms could use shower curtains and the room heaters need significant improvement.

Beautiful property located in majhkhali. Breathtaking views. However food is bit costly but not tasty limited food options. Service is average. Overall a decent stay to relax

It was a simply awesome stay. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. The view from the window is simply breathtaking - the whole mountain range and the stunning shades green all around. Hospitality is so warm that it feels like home! All the local pahadi food recipes are mouth watering! On the whole, it was a memorable trip. We will definitely visit this place again👍

Food they provided was not fresh and they were unable to provide buffet breakfast and also their restaurant was on 5th floor and without lift. Overall room and hotel was not worth for the amount i paid.

I will keep it short. Location: excellent with a beautiful himalayan view from the terrace. Rooms (spl in 2nd and 3rd floor: well designed with a beautiful view of the hill range from the balcony. Food: desi or pahadi cuisine is delicious here, pl don't ask for chinese or any other cuisines. Staff members: extremely helpful and polite. They gave us a good experience. This property is right on the majkhali road, so you won't have any issues reaching this place. I felt it's a value for money property. Pl don't expect a high end hotel, it's a decent hotel with amazing view, food and staff.

Excellent location, with beautiful mesmerizing views, we really wished we could stay more at the property. Food was also good, and the service provided by the people was also outstanding. Mr anuj was quite helpful in our smooth stay

The location is good and so are the views.. The rooms are good too with proper cleanliness.. Two things that need attention 1. The curtains used is very cheap and let's the sun in at all the times so couldnt sleep these needs to de replaced as it's quite uncomfortable with sun coming in 2. The mattresses arent too good and uncomfortable Apart from this all other amenities and hotel itself is great

The place is great. The rooms are spacious and have a premium feel. The management and room service was also good. We had dinner and lunch in the restaurant which was also good. Things which can be improved - wifi speed breakfast spread. We had limited options

Location of property is nice terrace view is awesome but breakfast menu should be more vast. Very limited items were there secondly property was bit smelly near reception and restaurant rest everything was nice staff was very good

Stay was really good. Rooms were clean and clutter free. The views from the rooms were awesome. Breakfast was also good. For elderly you can book rooms on either the 3rd floor or the ground floor, both are reachable by car so no need to climb stairs.

Food was good but rest was average electricity backup generator was out and staff didn't support once the electricity was out in the night.

it's a boutique hotel with super interiors and amazing location..infact if it's ranikhet it would be stonevilla .. and the kids loved the double bunkbed concept..just go for it..

The location of this property is very nice. The view from the balcony of the room was very pleasant and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay here. The taste of the food and variety is great here. In short i got what i wanted. Excellent!

One stop place at majkhali

Stonewood villa is beautiful. The location is serene from where you can get a fantastic view of the himalayas. It us accessible by a vehicle and parking is available as well as driver's stay/food is also taken care of. The rooms are aesthetically designed with lot of woodwork. We stayed in a family room for 6 with bunk bed and balcony. Quite a spacious room with 24hrs hot water facility in the washroom which is very clean. Food is served on the fourth floor of the property which offers an unhindered view of the mountains. The garden on the top floor is beautiful. Colorful flowers, swing, benches tastefully placed offer a cool place to relax and rewind. The staff is very courteous and responsive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you wanna experience an offbeat location with all the facilities.
