Clean rooms and good food quality. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is cooperative. The parking is good with the driver stay facilities.

I stayed at landmark hotel for 2 nights n 3 days. Overall experience is average location - good approachable rooms - good but smaller in size cleanliness - average. Lots of room for improvement food - average quality, slow service no amenities or other worthy mentions except tv acs at are good and working well service levels are average overall in all departments we had to prefer food options outside than having it in landmark due to service n quality issues. Breakfast is available but not a buffet system. So one has the order from available short menu and they deny part of it by saying unavailable abruptly. Lot of other hotels are better in that sense

Ac room was comfortable. We ordered dinner in the room and it was good. Breakfast choices very limited. But pratha and upama was available and they were good. Bathroom was clean. They should provide a napkin in addition to towels.

Everything was ok, just service was very slow, non responsive and no hot water in bathroom. Food is overprised.

Location is fabulous. Overall stay experience was good. Good car parking facility. Improvements areas would be overall service of staff needs to enhance for user experience. Hotel needs to undergo renovation as it has started aging

Hotel is recently renovated and rooms are clean and good. The staffs are polite and helpful. But the restaurant serves only limited beverages and food items. It is very strange that no other rooms are occupied and whole hotel was empty till i checked out.

We regretted staying at the hotel as soon as we stepped in to the room. The reason for this was that the toilet seat was broken and the toilet bowl itself was incredibly dirty, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. After making the hotel staff aware of this, we were surprised by their lacklustre response. We even requested to speak to the manager but they didn't make much effort to speak to us. We would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. The standard of the room was disgraceful and it was clear that the management do not care at all for the customers.

The hotel was good. The staff was also supportive. There was some problem with hot water. Breakfast was not so great but since it was diwali they served us with diwali sweets and feral which was a very sweet gesture. It felt a little secluded and some toiletries like toothpaste were missing. Overall it's ok if you are planning only a stopover.
