Food is too expensive and not delicious at all. The room shown in the picture looks bigger but the actual room is too small.

It was a very pleasant and serene escape from citylife the property is huge with trees and greenery which is well maintained rooms are clean and okay amenities provided are sufficient for a staycation staff are also good and helpful they can review the checkin and checout time though. Check in time could be little early like 12 instead of 2pm food in the breakfast buffet is quite good and tasty there is also another restaurant where food can be ordered ala carte. Room service is also provided there are a lot of activities to do inside the property like indoor games archery cycling badminton zip lining etc the kids zone is also clean and safe i enjoyed my stay

The stay was comfortable and the amenities and facilities were good. The in-house restaurant service was very nice. But the in-room facilities and the housekeeping were not upto par in the cottages. Overall the stay was good and comfortable.

The overall stay was good but could have been great. First and foremost the amenities in the room were given only for 1 person, while the room was booked for a couple. The tv is the room was not working at first and then when the technician fixed it, it turned out most of the channels were not available. Also what's the point of having a Jacuzzi if no hot water is available? that was a downer. The swimming pool was fine. The food however was good with a nice variety. The breakfast spread was average. The spa services were great and a shoutout goes to the amazing therapists. The ambience is good with the lakeside view being amazing. Overall the stay was enjoyable but could be better.

The property is spread over a huge area. Has plenty of activities but except the swimming pool most of these activity facilities need renovation and proper maintenance. We stayed at the cottage which is not spacious. Food options are good. Food quality is not great especially if you consider the price that you are paying. Overall a good stay with friends and family if you have kids.

Ibiza fern is rated 3star but is almost like a 4 star premium or 5star basic resort. Buffet was not that good for the cost, just okayish this is my 2nd visit. Property is awesome though

Substandard room & services in nirvana block

The allocated room in nirvana building was overlooking a swamp and in evening one cannot sit in balcony due to insects. Also any service by housekeeping staff needed reminders and long time. Food, spa, pool etc are all located in main building was excellent

The overall experience was amazing. The staffs were very polite and humble and trued their best to fulfill our requirements. The resort was hygienic and maintained. The food was delicious too.

Ibiza fern resort, thank you very much for this amazing stay. The place offers calmness and serenity. Food and hospitality and the pool is all amazing. Room was clean but small compare to price, property is good for short stay. Our room nirvana was 3-4 min walk from the main building and it was raining, i suggest to keep a umbrella in the room in case needed. Overall satisfied.

Stay was good but there were no much indoor games available. Except 1 or 2 everything was paid one. There was no gym in the resort. Very disappointing at this price of stay

The stay was pleasant and the property is undoubtedly beautiful and very peaceful. Our only issue was when the restaurant said that guests with buffet need to eat separately and those with ala carte will need to dine separately in a separate restaurant altogether. Aside from the above, the staff, room condition, property maintenance and overall experience was splendid. Food was amazing. Definitely visiting again

Clean and minimal rooms, super big bathrooms, prompt service. First timers should opt for club fern as thats the main building.
