Good average hotel in middle of city. Hotel is inside mall and hence doesn’t get feeling of hotel but some kind of guest rooms. Outside area is not well maintained but rooms were clean and upkeep was ok. Staff was good. Breakfast was below average. Restaurant is good and served good food for dinner. Overall approach, parking, room lobby areas needs improvements. 5

Rooms were ok. Nothing close to the money charged. There were cockroaches in the room. Restaurant was also dirty.

Good food, costly, though, courteous staff, pleasant service, round the clock assistance, well connected to the market, bus stand. Inhouse multiplex gives it an edge over other properties in its range in the city and is the best choice for the customers to get themselves in, easily.

Infrastructure is good but the facilities are missing as the hotel staffs were not professional. For example they were not providing the basic amenities like tooth brush, towels etc. It was below average facilities with very high cost. Not recommended further

Indeed it was a good stay in the hotel, rooms are as per the tarrif, i selected standard room where rooms are small but have all the facilities available like shower, almirah, king size bed, sufficient charging ports, room dedicated wifi, room service available, reasonable price for food. Variety in breakfast menu. Overall good experience.

Not mentioned the limit of the lunch / dinner. Where as during check-in hotel staff shared the limit for that.

Hotel manager charged early check in. Even though i checked out same day. Firstly they told they will not charge. Then ultimately at the time of checkout i. E. At 10 pm they charged. This was very embarrassing.

ये होटल साफ सुथरी है, कमरे बड़े हैं बाथरूम भी अच्छा है। खाना थोड़ा महंगा पर अच्छा है। restaurent भी साफ सुथरा है। रूम सर्विस अच्छी है, स्टाफ भी मिलनसार था। कुल मिलाकर रीवा का सबसे अच्छा होटल कह सकते हैं
