    There was a complete mess up with my bookings. When i reached the desired hotel the manger there said it was completely sold out and there are no bookings in my name. This prompted me to call mr. Akash and after quite some time and even after the manager of the hotel got in touch with mr. Akash and shared this particular mail info with him he intimated the manager to shift me to their other property. So in a nutshell if i had not insisted for this mail from you i would not have got any place to stay. Quite an unprofessional way to handle bookings and put a customer through anxiety and trauma.
