The hospitality is too good and the way people welcome us is overwhelming. We reached at the hotel little but everyone were well prepared.

Maybe drainage system not working properly in bathroom. Always bad small in bathroom even though it’s probably flashing.

Property is very good food there is also good. Staff are very cooperative the drawback to this property is municipal garbez dumping. If you don't use exist fan in washroom it smells badly. . Otherwise every thing good there

Rooms were ok inside but the location was very poor. There was a huge garbage dumbing just next to the hotel. Terrible smell all over the place. I know hotel can't do anything about it. But they gave us a room which had that dumping ground just outside the balcony and offered us complementary breakfast at first. But when i found out that rooms balcony is facing that huge dumping ground i asked to change the room, he changed the room then he very rudely told me that you won't be getting that complementary breakfast anymore, like the hell, he pissed off that one simple request. Terrible. Don't ever take this hotel, or just find any other hotel in the laxman jhula or ramjhula, location is as bad as the manager of this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel in June,2024 and found it to be good experience. Hotel staff were good and supportive.. Rooms were quiet spacious with clean washrooms. This hotel is close to Triveni ghat which is just 700 mt to 1 km walk in distance.. I faced problem in traveling from hotel to Ram Jhula , Laxman Jhula and return from these areas because of heavy traffic ...The distance from hotel to Janki Jhula is approx .3 km but travelling took more than an hour because of traffic.

The staff was quite helpful with regards to attending calls and helping with any issues, the location of the hotel is also nice as it is closer to triveni ghat and the market.

Very worst and old property. Not worth of 5500 bucks. Specially rude and bad service by staff. They are not interested to serve u.

We booked 3 rooms at the property and it was a very good stay however there was a problem with ac in one of the rooms - swimming pool was excellent, food taste was good (only challenge was there was no baby friendly food in their breakfast buffet - no fruits also - but on request the staff arranged simple parantha for baby - best part of hotel is its location - it is very near to market and triveni ghat - overall a very nice experience

Nice spacious rooms. Washroom was clean as well. They have a swimming pool which is a plus. Staff was also very helpful. They have lift and restaurant facility also. Overall a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed here from 11 to 14 april with my family and the stay was comfortable. The hotel staff was cordial and very well mannered. Hotel staff also arranged a scooty for local sightseeing and also arranged cab for visiting neelkanth mahadev on short notice. The only con is very less option available in breakfast. Overall happy with my stay at hotel neeraj bhawan

The place is located at a 15 min walk from triveni ghat. It is quite spacious and they have car parking within the premises. A little expensive at current rate. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was polite and quick to respond to.

I recently stayed at hotel neeraj in rishikesh and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The swimming pool was a refreshing retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The traditional welcome with the tulsi beads malai added a special touch to my arrival, making me feel instantly at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. From assisting with parking to navigating the hotel's layout, they were always helpful and attentive. I also appreciated the flexibility with early check-in and the smooth process of daily checkout, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. Overall, i can't speak highly enough of hotel neeraj. Decent stay in a place like rishikesh. Rooms are big and there is enough car parking. Staff is humble and will try and cooperate at all points. Food taste could be improved upon however not bad.
