Worst hotel ever

Very bad room ac not working light problem bed was very dirty and receptionist is very rude person and he is high charge for early morning check in not behave like good person he is very rude person ever not provide towel should drinking water and was very dirty.

Hotel rooms are very bad condition, staf not cooperative, bathroom was very bad smelly, any amenities not available, family and couple are not safe because, in night is like mini bar openly wine. So don’t take this hotel

You may get difficulty in finding hotel. But hotel is near to triveni ghath. Hotel is average as per price range. Room service was not good. You have to pay extra 200 per hour charges if you reached before before 12. Also they don't have proper waiting area.

The hotel located at very near to bus stop and city centre. It was neat and clean and stuff behaviour was also good. Room service and hot water also available in no time. I am quite happy with the service of this hotel and will choose the same if i have to stay near city centre in rishikesh.

Not so safe for covid

There were no masks worn by the staff, they were not using hand sanitizer or gloves. Rooms were smelling bad.
