our stay at Amaris hotel was terrible Rooms are okay and staff was also helpful but it seems that property is not well maintained. keys were repeatedly not working , freeze in the rooms was not working , and electricity in my room went off in the middle of night . In the morning they changed my room . so overall my stay was terrible

A twin bed was connected with a temporary structure to call it a double bed room. Rooms not too clean. 12inch tv that too not working. Terrible view

Being stayed in the cold season, hot water wasn’t provided timely or geyser wasn’t available. Atmosphere was good & rooms were clean.

The property needs some maintenance and basic hoapitality manners needs to be improved. You have to call the reception every time since no one picks up at the housekeeping. If these things can be improved then i am sure that the guest in property can have a memorable stay.

One of the nightmare hotel of our family, no cleaning, no proper food at breakfast, service is pathetic, bathroom towers were like purchased from some local market, dirty bedsheet, dirty pillows, tv not working, ac water drainage issues. Best thing, that manager guy when he is unable to fix anything will say " sir aapno hamuse direct booking nhi lia to ham kuch nhi kar sakte. I have pictures with me. Can't see option to upload here. Don't go with the pictures used in listing. U pay for the room and get worst room and somehow they change your room. Basics are missing.

It’s terrible stay. No one at reception to attend the guest. No one was picking the call at reception. Service was very poor. You have to wait for minimum 1-2 hour to get your services. Ac was not working in the room. They took more than 1 hour to fix issue. I asked at reception for bedding in two room around 9:30. After number of follow ups, they did bedding at 11:45 pm after 2 hours. We were here to get rest, not for follow ups and wait. I was at reception and one another guest came there to ask for water bottle. As per him, he was waiting water bottle from last 1:30 hour and he had to take the medicine. I called manager and general manager to get support, but no one picked the call. After 2 calls, gm picked the call and explain the issue. But after that there was no response from gm. I called again, he didn’t pick the call. There was only one security guard and one other staff. No one was here to help the guest and to full-filled there requirement. You have to black list hotel from make my trip.
