The veiw was awesome. The property is at the top of the hotel. Very peaceful, cooperative and humble staff. Home life food. You can relax yourself and rejuvenate yourself with the positive vibes at the place. Must visit. I will again visit again.

The most unhygienic place I’ve ever stayed, big webs in the room, dirty towels, tea was dropped in the cupboard, smelly bathroom, took 1.30 hr to get everything cleaned for our stay

There were no electricity the whole night. No generator or inverter were there. We were unable to sleep. And when we go to the reception to complaint about it then there were not a single staff person present and main door of the resort was open. So there was no safety for us. No guard not a single person. I request you to return as much amount as possible cause this is my worst experience with make my trip hotel.

Overall really a bad experience. The location was very bad they don't have there own parking space it's a paid parking. Food was bad even the don't have anything to drink apart from water only. Tabs in the washroom were broken so overall bad experience.

I would not prefer it to anyone. Dirty rooms, dirty bedsheets, bad service, costly food, and parking problem. Overall it was a bad experience. Only the location and view is good.

We a group of friends were visiting this property for the second time as we found this place good the last time but this time it turned out to be a nightmare for us. The rooms were dirty, the electric equipments were not working, the AC didn't work as they didn't had the power backup, the food quality was below average. There was nothing good about this place this time. Disappointed, big time.

Laxk on infrastructure, no parking facility except food and location. This resort needs a immediate investment from the owners to upgrade this place otherwise not worth at all. Dirty linens, rooms are full of dust and webs, dirty bathrooms, no activities in resort. A big no to this place.

I love staying in Pacific Inn Resort whenever I come to Rishikesh. Because staff is friendly, very kind, and fast with their service. Perfect Resort for family vacation. Food was good. We had a hole party over there, and they provided us with colors and music and snacks which we loved a lot.

Dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets, dirty curtains, dirty bathroom, water leakage in bathroom, too much dust in room. Bad room service. Attitude of owner is worst. It was my second visit to this place but will never come again now.
