The best part of this hotel is the location. It's very good. The food needs to improve. The tea was not good. Room average as per the cost.

Property was nicely located at the ghats. Rooms were ok ok. I felt bedding was not so clean. Toilet had a leakage. Staff was good and friendly. Overall, looking at amenities provided i felt little costly.

Super convenient its very close to triveni ghat hardly 1 minute. Only that the rooms we had they had damp walls (slaab) therefore they were stinking i am sure other rooms are good.

The room was pathetic, rats were roaming all over the room during the night. Be ready to carry your own luggage as reception was unresponsive. We checked in at 4 pm still our(2 bed room suite ) room was not ready and we had to wait for 1 hr. The only good thing about this property is its location which was just adjacent to triveni ghat.

Location wise good. Staff behavior good. Cleanliness good. Little maintenance is required in guest room.

Hope they had prkblem with the power supply and not sorted out.

booked river side view room but on arrival they said due to construction the river is not visible. Basic things like slippers not available average food.Overall not worth spending rs 6.5k per night.

Hotel is good location but it need the maintained and trained staff. There is shortage of staff and huge communication gape among the staff. I suggest to train them fir services. Cleaning standard is also not up to the mark as per the price charged. All guests were complaining fir the maintained and shortage of staff. The staff was also having the disputes before the guests.

Location is excellent as the property is touching the triveni ghat. Room quality is not upto the mark considering the room charge. Food quality is average.

Very professional people. Very comfortable rooms and good hygienic food at their restaurant. They gave us gangajal as souvenir while leaving and that was really sweet.

It was my first experience in this hotel. Although service is good and the staff was polite and courteous. The hotel room was clean and have all the basic amenities for a nice stay. I would recommend staying in this hotel. However, rooms are a bit smaller.

I visited with my family in rishikesh. They all were excited for the trip after reaching the hotel & by hotel staff behaviour there enjoyment level increased. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Food items were hygienically good & tasty. Tea was superb. The parking facility was not up to the mark. Need improvement, they may have thought about valet parking at other places. Over all everything was very good i wish for revisit here. Thanks

We booked a superior room with river view at paradise ganga from 29. 10. 23 and 31. 10. 23. Reached there around 6 pm. Found the hotel inaccessible by car till 8 pm. Hotel authority asked us to go by foot to hotel with luggage distance around 500 meters thru crowded market. Did not agree to send any person to help us. As we were traveling since long in huuigh altitude areas with extreme cold we had lots of luggage. Ultimately wevkept luggage at car and checked in personally. Car went to hotel after 8 pm and we got the luggage. The inacessibilty is due to govt decision but we think hotel could send someone to help us take luggage. The photo if superior room apparently shows two beds but it was one bed only. The riverside balcony is very cramped with no space to put any chair at all. Moreover, the outer unit of ac lying at balcony floor further reduces the space. Dining hall and bathroom ok but complementary breakfast had the least number of choices in my experience so far regarding complementary breakfast. U will get only two dishes and either tea or coffee. Regarding parking, this hotel has space for only three cars and it will need the first two to move for third one to be able to move. While checking out, this took lot of time because the owners keys of first two cars were not available. On 29 the night we ordered chinese cuisine, found it to be too spicy. In breakfast menus juice is written but not available. From the balcony wall a part of plaster broke while we were staying. There was visible damps on the ceiling. Last day of our stay, t v got dysfunctional and was not restored even after telling. For three guests for two days two tea bags were provided and it was not supplied while finished even after requests. The only good thing is that ganga is very nearby. On the whole we found that the accommodation was not price worthy and the photoes to be misleading.

It was a very bad experience in paradise ganga. Only good thing is that it is next to triveni ghat other than that everything was bad @ service very poor, cleanisess very bad, food quality and choice really bad. Moreover our car cannot go till this hotel. Need to park on main road and then walk with the luggage to thw hotel which is approx 1km.
