I stayed at this hotel mall road for three nights. And it was a wonderful experience. The hotel ambience is warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and insured. All our needs were met.

The stay was awesome. The guys at the reception provided amazing service. The room had all the amenities including bathroom slippers and toiletries. The food provided in hotel menu is delicious and is delivered fast. The hotel provided in house scooty service, so it is hassle free. If anything goes wrong with the vehicle, the hotel guys come to you with another vehicle in just one call. It is in the perfect location. Do visit it and enjoy the amazing mountain view from the balcony!

Let's start with service, lack of professionalism in the working crew, relatively inexperienced staff with no consideration for the guests comfort. Overpriced for the service in the deluxe rooms. Property: decent property, good rooms, mattress and all were great. But the parking is faraway at a very tight spot

The bathroom had leakings. Powercuts. I got up to sweating in the morning frequent water supply shortage. It was embarrassing to use drinking water for my toilet. , as there was no water available in the morning. Bathroom had leakings toilets no water in toilet due to power cuts i woke up sweating. Its embarrassing to share that i had to use drinking water to clean myself for toilet as there was no water available during that time. Staff behaviour was good. Room lighting is good.

Service was not good ! poor and delayed service in our bathroom shower gel was not there ! even dispenser itself was not there ! otherwise food is ok ! but they must need to take care of their room services. But they guide us correctly for local sightseeing.
